The IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS) is the flagship conference of the IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) Society and the world’s premier forum for researchers in the active fields of circuit and system theory, design, and implementation. ISCAS 2025 was successfully held at the InterContinental London - The O2 in London, UK, from May 25 to 28, 2025. Guided by the theme “Technology Disruption and Society”, the conference highlighted the CAS Society’s potential and commitment to developing innovative solutions for contemporary societal challenges.

At this conference, the Biomedical Integrated Circuits and Microsystems Laboratory (BICML) had 3 papers accepted across the fields of clock circuits design, power management, and wireless power transfer systems. Master's candidates Dingfu He and Anxi Hu (Class of 2023) delivered oral presentations. Master's candidate Zi-Ang Cheng (Class of 2023) presented a poster. Ph.D. candidate Yi Ding (Class of 2022) and Assistant Engineer Xinqin Guo contributed to the related work. Professor Hongming Lyu is the corresponding author of the mentioned work.
