上海科技大学医疗集成电路与微系统实验室由吕宏鸣博士于2020年创建，主要研究方向为模拟、射频、数模混合集成电路设计。实验室致力于针对植入式医疗、脑机接口等应用的全定制低功耗专用芯片研发，推动革新医疗电子技术落地，服务人类健康。

Biomedical Integrated Circuits and Microsystems Laboratory (BICML) founded by Dr. Hongming Lyu in 2020 endeavors to create and prototype biomedical systems for advanced therapeutics based on fully customized silicon microsystems. The research of the lab focuses on the low-power design of analog, RF and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
